Awesome 5 Minute Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 jalapeño cut in large pieces and seeds removed
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • In a food processor, coarsely chop cherry tomatoes. Pour into a medium bowl.
  • Repeat with the ½ red onion and jalapeño and add to bowl. Chop cilantro and add.
  • Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Add salt. Mix well and taste. Add more salt as needed.
  • Let sit at room temperature for one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
