Awesome 5 Minute Pico de Gallo

Bursting with flavor, this 5 minute Pico de Gallo will be the hit of your next picnic!

Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeño cut in large pieces and seeds removed
- 1 lime
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions:
In a food processor, coarsely chop cherry tomatoes. Pour into a medium bowl.
Repeat with the ½ red onion and jalapeño and add to bowl. Chop cilantro and add.
Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Add salt. Mix well and taste. Add more salt as needed.
Let sit at room temperature for one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
