One-dish Cajun Buffalo Chicken and Crispy Green Beans is EASY to make and has classic buffalo chicken flavors!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast or thighs
- ½ lb. fresh green beans washed and trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ cup feta crumbled (Blue cheese crumbles are great too!)
- ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- ¼ cup ranch dressing I use a Greek yogurt based dressing
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
Spread the green beans across the middle of the casserole dish. Arrange half of the chicken on the left and half on the right of the beans.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and green beans. Season the chicken and green beans with the Cajun seasoning and salt.
Bake uncovered in the oven for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the green beans are tender crisp.
Drizzle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle feta cheese over the chicken and green beans. Finish with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
