Instructions:
Preheat a gas grill to medium heat. Lightly grease the grill rack.
In a small bowl, combine all of the spices.
Drizzle the Mahi Mahi with olive oil on both sides. Generously coat the fish with the spice blend.
Place the Mahi Mahi filets on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 5 minutes on the first side, then carefully flip and grill the other side for 4 minutes or until the fish flesh is opaque.

Serving Suggestions:Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving. Garnish with fresh Pineapple or Mango Salsa. Serve on a bed of Easy Coconut Lime Rice. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
