Ingredients:

  • 4 wild caught Mahi Mahi fillets thawed and patted dry
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  • Mango Salsa optional

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • Preheat a gas grill to medium heat. Lightly grease the grill rack.
  • In a small bowl, combine all of the spices.
  • Drizzle the Mahi Mahi with olive oil on both sides. Generously coat the fish with the spice blend.
  • Place the Mahi Mahi filets on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 5 minutes on the first side, then carefully flip and grill the other side for 4 minutes or until the fish flesh is opaque.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
Garnish with fresh Pineapple or Mango Salsa.
Serve on a bed of Easy Coconut Lime Rice.
Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
