A fun, festive holiday cocktail to celebrate! Tart cran-pomegranate juice with crisp, bubbly Prosecco is quick, easy, and elegant. Top with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. cran-pomegranate juice
  • 4 oz. Prosecco I use LeMarco Rosé
  • Fresh rosemary and cranberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour cran-pomegranate juice into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and 3 cranberries.

Notes

Tips:
Use cold ingredients: Make sure your cran-pomegranate juice and Prosecco are chilled. Serve in champagne flutes: Flutes are designed to hold the bubbles.
Mocktail: Substitute pomegranate seltzer or sparkling grape juice for the Prosecco. Delicious!
To serve a crowd: Pour 2 oz. of cran-pomegranate juice in each champagne flute. Top off with Prosecco. Garnish with rosemary and fresh cranberries.
