  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • ½ cup white balsamic vinegar I use an orange infused white balsamic
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs rosemary and thyme work well
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the pork chops dry. Season with the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Whisk the ingredients except the butter for the glaze in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat an oven safe skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat. Add the pork chops. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until well browned. Flip one more time and place in the oven to finish cooking.
  • Cook in the oven for approximately 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork chops is 145°F.
  • Remove the pork chops and cover loosely on a plate to rest. Add the glaze to the hot skillet over medium low heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until it cooks down slightly. Add in the butter and swirl in.
  • Add the pork chops back into the pan and coat with the glaze, using a spoon to baste. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
