Southwest Ranch Dressing

This Southwest Ranch Dressing blends cool, creamy Greek yogurt and lots of herbs with little pops of heat from the pickled jalapeños. Just 10 minutes to make. Sooo good! Perfect for salad or as a dip for your favorite veggies!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (I use avocado mayonnaise)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. pickled jalapeño slices minced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley
  • ½ tsp. dried cilantro
  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. paprika or smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. dried dill
  • ½ tsp. dried chives
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1-2 pinches cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • Whisk all of the ingredients, except the milk, together in a small bowl. Add the milk, one Tbsp. at a time to desired thickness.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours for best flavor.

Notes

Want homemade flavor without all the fuss?
Use 1 cup store bought Southwest ranch dressing.
Add the following:
1 Tbsp.pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
The juice from half a lime
1 Tbsp. fresh, chopped cilantro.
