Nothing screams summer more than a burrata salad with fresh garden tomatoes. This is a quick, impressive salad to make for friends and family. Or, serve for lunch with some fresh, crusty bread!
Arrange tomato slices and halved cherry tomatoes on a medium platter. Break the burrata into bite-sized pieces and arrange over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle fresh basil on top. Serve immediately.
Notes
Choose tomatoes of various colors and shapes to add visual interest to your platter. I like to use fig balsamic to elevate the flavor even more!
