I love a good cucumber salad at picnics and Perfect Polish Cucumber Salad is one of them! This salad is very light and refreshing – filled with crunchy, thinly sliced cucumbers, a tangy, creamy dressing and lots of fresh dill.  When you are eating those delicious grilled burgers and wonderful smoked ribs, this salad goes wonderfully and balances out the
