How to Make Easy Basil Oil
Place basil, water, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in a mini-food processor. Pulse to break down the basil and garlic. Add the olive oil and pulse until you have a smooth sauce, scraping down the sides as needed.
Drizzle on your favorite pasta, omelets, or just use as a dipping oil!
