I love to make homemade dressings! Everything from bright lemon vinaigrette, zesty Asian, to creamy ranch. When it’s homemade, you feel good, knowing you are feeding your family foods that are not loaded with preservatives and chemicals.
One of my favorites is this Southwest Ranch Dressing! Just 10 minutes to make, it blends cool, creamy Greek yogurt with little pops of heat from the pickled jalapeños. It’s not a lip burning, eye-watering heat – just a mild warmth that tickles your tastebuds. Sooo good! Perfect for salad or as a dip for your favorite veggies!
*Don’t be intimidated by the list of herbs and spices. It looks complicated, but it’s just measuring and dumping everything into a bowl, giving a quick stir, and chilling to blend the flavors!
